In this 4 day course, your learners will create an elevated staple on southern U.S. summertime snack favorites! Each of these snacks is a great vegetarian option!

Class experience

A more detailed ingredient and materials list will be supplied every Sunday before class to give time to gather ingredients.

Some materials that will be needed included cutting boards, knives, blender or immersion blender, stovetop access, oven access, large skillets, small bowls, basic kitchen utensils, stock pot, and mixing bowls
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parental guidance may be needed depending on the knowledge and skill set of your learner. We will be using knives, hot stoves and ovens, and small kitchen appliances as needed.
