Calling all foodies!! In this 2 week course, we will meet four days to learn an elevated take on a summertime staple! In this class we will use ingredients that are summer favorites and elevate them into an impressive snack! We will discuss knife skills, some cooked and no cook recipes, and how to present food in an attractive and pleasing way! During these classes we will start with a short introduction of learners, review materials and ingredients, and dive into the recipes. I love to hear...
A more detailed ingredient and materials list will be supplied every Sunday before class to give time to gather ingredients. Some materials that will be needed included cutting boards, knives, blender or immersion blender, stovetop access, oven access, large skillets, small bowls, basic kitchen utensils, stock pot, and mixing bowls
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parental guidance may be needed depending on the knowledge and skill set of your learner. We will be using knives, hot stoves and ovens, and small kitchen appliances as needed.
