Description

Class Experience

Students will follow step by step instructions to make a South East Asian snack, jemput-jemput pisang.
None unless student wants to make the snack again then he/she just needs to follow recipe.
All purpose flour, 2-3 ripe bananas, salt, sugar, water, oil, and pot or wok for deep frying.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will be in the kitchen and the banana balls need to be deep fried in oil so parental supervision is a MUST!
