Learners will then be provided with a fully labeled map of South America and each country studied. They will also receive blank versions of the same, which they may then fill out and color if they'd like. The learners will be able to find each of the countries discussed on a map of South America. They will also be able to speak about the people who live in each of those countries, including being able to name the correct language(s) spoken there. The learners will also be able to speak a bit about the history of the region.
I graduated from college in 2002 with a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology, my minor was in Spanish and Latin American, Latino And Caribbean Studies (LALACS). I'm used to working with children of all ages as well as their families. I'm also working with people of diverse backgrounds. I believe that Children have an innate love for knowledge. I believe that it is our jobs as adults to guide them according to their interests. We need to make the experience fun and meaningful. I spent my childhood in Paraguay, South America speaking only Spanish. I learned English as a twelve year old girl who had just relocated to the US
