Description
Class Experience
To learn about the foods that we use in our recipes, the order of cooking ingredients and various important skills in the kitchen to prepare students for adult life and the path of healthy eating
Tools: 2 pots, 3 Qt or larger Blender or immersion blender ladle knives- Chef's or Santoku cutting board Large spoon Liquid measuring cups **Ingredient List will be listed in individual classrooms
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Cutlery will be used in class as well as the stovetop and blender (or immersion blender) Supervision or assistance may be needed at parent's discretion. There will be dairy in one recipe, pasta in another. Please contact me if you have any questions in regards to food sensitivities or allergies and I can help you find substitutes.
