Soulful Flow: Yoga for Teens (On-Going)

Ms. Amber, Children's Yoga Teacher (RYT 500 & PTA)
Average rating:4.9Number of reviews:(132)
This class will include yoga postures, meditation, and mindfulness activities to help reduce stress and build confidence. This class is listed as ongoing to help cultivate a feeling of a community or as we know it in yoga, a Sangha.

Class experience

If your teen spends time outside of class practicing yoga postures (poses), they should notice an improvement in flexibility and increase their strength. My hope is that your teen enjoys the class and uses what they learn to better their life.
Ms. Amber is the founder of Flow On The Go, LLC. She is an advanced, children's yoga teacher. Ms. Amber is also a 500hr registered yoga teacher (RYT).
