If you want to learn more about the Greek gods and goddesses, this is the class for you. We will delve deeper into Greek mythology and discuss the sons and daughters of Zeus. Students will learn about the gods: Ares, Apollo, Hermes and Dionysus and the goddesses: Artemis, Athena, Aphrodite and Persephone. I have a love of Greek mythology that was instilled in me by my seventh grade English teacher. I have read many novels and books pertaining to this subject.
Student may want paper and pencil, but they are optional.
Students will have an informal quiz to assess their understanding.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
