Students who love Sonic will love spending 20 minutes getting their wiggles out, and doing Sonic moves together. We play music from the Sonic soundtracks while showing pictures of Sonic and his friends running, jumping, spinning, etc... and then we do the moves together! Students will get a chance to chat about all things Sonic in between moves while we catch our breath! This is a great class to take before starting academic school work in the morning, or as a break in between assignments. Each week we rotate through a variety of Sonic workout classes as follows: Week of Oct 24: Sonic workout Week of Oct 31: Robotnik's Challenge Week of Nov 7: Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games Week of Nov 14: Sonic workout Week of Nov 21: Robotnik's Challenge Week of Nov 28: Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games Week of Dec 5: Sonic workout Week of Dec 12: Robotnik's Challenge Week of Dec 19: Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games Week of Dec 26: Sonic workout FOR STUDENTS WHO WANT MORE CHAT TIME We also offer an ongoing, weekly series where each week we rotate through our most popular classes. These classes are 30 minutes long and consist of the 20 minute workouts, and long breaks throughout to give students more time to talk and chat.
