After creating a series of popular 20 minute workout classes patterned after characters like Sonic and Mario, I've decided to offer the same classes in a flex course for students who are camera shy, or for students that prefer to workout on their own schedule! One video will be released each week, for four weeks. The great thing with a flex course is you can use the video for multiple workouts during the week if you would like! Week 1: Sonic the Hedgehog moves/workout Week 2: Mario moves/workout Week 3: Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games Week 4 Smash it Up Video Game Workout (various video game characters) You can find parent comments and more details in each of the one time class descriptions as well. These courses are great for a PE credit, to get the wiggles out before academic time, or for any child who loves video games! Students often come to the live classes in costume or their favorite character shirt, and they can do the same for the flex course as well to really add to the fun! BIRTHDAY PARTIES Birthday are available for all of our classes. Just send us a message, and we can schedule a time that works with your schedule! TECHNICAL PROBLEMS Please test Zoom before class. Once class has started each teacher will be fully present with the class and will not be accessing The classroom or emails.
