Description
Class Experience
Learners will understand how to identify and utilize songwriting tools like "Universal Concept", the use of metaphors/similes, and varying rhyming patterns
Learners will be encouraged to continue working on their songs and share in the Classroom Discussion board if desired
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
We will be sampling portions of the following songs using Youtube (only audio will be shared, no video) Lyrics will be displayed on screen in slide presentation and class will discuss the possible meanings of the lyrics and be encouraged to dissect various songwriting tools used by the writers.
