Identify soft skills to include appropriate workplace behaviors, business etiquette and social skills, use of social media, and workplace appearance and attire.

Apply and practice soft skills in job scenarios.
17 years as a business owner and training coach -I have recruited, trained, and coached approximately 200 people in business soft skills, interview skills, marketing, and employability aptitude.
Speech and debate teacher and coach - I have taught elementary students through career adults the foundations of communication needed for success on the job and in life.
