In this weekly Play-Doh Social Club, learners will plenty of time to talk, share, laugh, and play while creating their own crafty creations. Each week we will have a fun theme for our creations.

Join us for Play-Doh fun in this weekly social club. Through the use of Play-Doh, learners will have the ability to increase their social skills and build friendships along with improving their fine motor skills. This class will allow for plenty of talk time and will be very interactive. I will give each child plenty of time to talk and share if they choose. It is very important in these early years to allow learners time to interactive with their peers and create friendships. This will be a very fun social environment! Each week we will start with a show and tell. Students may bring anything special they would like to show and share with their friends. We will then have a theme for each class and our creations will be based on the theme. I will introduce the theme, we will discuss options for this theme and then students will begin their creations. Each student will be given the ability to share their creation at the end of class. Our environment will stay respectful to all learners. Learning to listen and respecting our peers are very important skill sets needed to improve social development at this age.
