I am a graduate of The University of Toronto in Psycholinguistics. I am currently a mental health and addictions student. Also, I am a certified emotional intelligence practitioner, mindfulness-training practitioner and facilitator. In addition to this, I am certified in other psychology disciplines such as cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectal behavioural therapy. Explaining Social Thinking to Kids, 2nd Edition - The Social Skills Guidebook: Manage Shyness, Improve Your Conversations, and Make Friends, Without Giving Up Who You Are by Chris MacLeod
