In this ongoing course, we will read a different book each week and explore the various areas of literature. Students will be engaged and encouraged to help read the story as they strengthen their auditory skills. We will be reading short stories, nursery rhymes, Dr. Seuss books, fables, folk tales, and fairy tales. We will work on a new story each class, so feel free to drop in at any time. All levels are welcomed.
Learning Goals
The goal is for students to have fun in a safe place. Students will build listening skills, reading comprehension, drawing skills, and have fun chatting with new friends.

🎭 Hello everyone! My name is Ms. S and I'm very excited to meet you!
I offer a variety of courses geared toward young actors and learners. Being a licensed teacher in the beautiful state of Florida and TESOL certified, I have taught over 8,000 classes and worked with children ages 3 - 16 from countries including America, China, Jamaica, Iceland, and Japan. That being said, I value inclusivity, creativity, and personal development. My classroom atmosphere is very engaging and calm. I have a passion for teaching through the world of Theater and the arts.
Teaching is a way for me to give students the necessary tools to gain confidence, build communication skills, and help them make a personal connection with what they are learning. And of course, have fun along the way!
When I'm not teaching I can be found on-set, in a theatre, or narrating another audiobook. I also love being outside in nature and traveling with my family.
