Class Experience

Does your learner love Minecraft? Do they want to play with other learners their own age? If so then this class is for them!

Each week we will play Minecraft together in a secure and private gaming room! The teacher will set up a private gaming room for learners to use together! We will play in creative mode. Learners will then be able to play together, help each other, and learn more about the game from each other! The teacher will serve as a moderator during class ensuring game play is...

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Minecraft

40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Minecraft contains very little violence, graphic or inappropriate content. There is no blood in the game, however players can hit/kill enemies or animals to survive. The graphics are very cartoon like and minimalistic. Students will be playing on an online server hosted and moderated by the teacher. 

Students who choose to disrupt the classroom or other learners will be removed from the server. Actions that are not acceptable includes but are not limited to: 
- Breaking other students/teachers creations
- Bad language or cursing
- Hacking 
- Using the game to grief another student
