Students will practice their speaking skills by bringing something new to class each week to show/tell, and finally, they will set a personal goal for themselves each week. This will help them work on their personal accountability as well as have a support system for accountability and celebrating their weekly successes.
Find something new to bring to the next class to show/tell. Why is it special to you? What can you share about it?
Some games will require paper/pencil or a dry erase board/marker.
Parents will receive written feedback related to the student's social interaction in class.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
