Class Experience

This is a social camp for autistic youth and lead by an autistic adult.

This camp is designed to be a chance for students to socialize with other autistic students, as such the class will be largely child lead and the conversations will vary based on leaner interests.

I will guide the conversation and provide topics and games if the children need help keeping the conversation fun and interesting.

Topics that may be brought up if topics are needed include:
Pets
Hobbies
Video games
Where you want to travel to
Favorite books or TV shows

Some students like to talk about being autistic in an environment where everyone is like them so I do ask that all students are aware of their diagnose or the fact that are likely autistic if they do not have an official diagnosis yet.

Some games that I like to play with the class include:
Two truths and lie
Animal sound game
Talking without showing your teeth
