In this class we will go through scenarios that will help us to see other people’s perspectives, how to appreciate differences and how to think through our words and actions before we lose our self control. I have a BA in Child and Family Services. This is not intended to be a therapeutic class, it is to teach children how to develop social awareness and coping skills for everyday situations.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
