What will be taught? The class focuses on essential social skills for children. Topics include effective communication, active listening, empathy and teamwork. We aim to empower students with the tools they need to navigate social interactions with confidence. How is your class structured? Students will improve their social skills with conversational skills and feel comfortable in beginning conversations on their interesting hobbies they enjoy to participate in.
I have had years of experience in teaching Social Skills and Conversational Skills with children, including children with ADHD and Autism.
This class also supports children with ADHD, Dyslexia. I will support them with Social Skills Social Communication in encouraging them to talk about their interests, hobbies, likes, dislikes in various social environments they encounter.
