Writing is my passion and as well as majoring in English at university, I've almost 20 years’ experience in teaching English in primary schools (4-11-year-olds). Over those years I have worked regularly with groups of children specifically on English writing skills.
No homework will be set but students wish to continue their stories or write a sequel out of class.
Notebook, paper or device to take notes and write the story on. Pen/ pencil.
Informal assessment in class
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
No sensitive issues anticipated.
Building confidence and a love of learning with a student centred approach and fun along the way.
