In this class, we will be performing exercises that will get our bodies in tip-top shape! CIA & FBI agents are strong & swift in order to complete the most complicated of missions. Our workout will be inspired by the physical requirements of the CIA and FBI. No particular skills or ability is required for this class. We'll review typical situations that top secret agent spies may find themselves in and how to maneuver to accomplish our mission - which is to defeat the bad guys! We'll be doing a variety of exercises to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. While this is a one-time class, learners are welcome to come to this class over and over again! key words: physical activity, spy, detective, fitness, workout, P.E., physical education, mission

*What muscles are being targeted during each exercise.
Other Details
Parental Guidance
All exercises will be age-appropriate and taught by a certified personal trainer. However, please be close by for learners to reach out should they feel faint/dizzy, excessively tired, or injured.

I am an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer with experience in Plyoga as well as training in Small Group Training and Long-Term Athletic Development in Youth. All exercises will be modifiable so they can be performed by learners of all types.
