In this class, students will learn how to draw a one-point perspective drawing. The tutorial will be of a city, but we will brainstorm ways to use the same technique with other landscapes. Students will be encouraged to draw to their comfort level - following the tutorial exactly or adapting it to their own creative ideas. This class is perfect for the new artist as well as the seasoned one. We will briefly introduce everyone and go over some rules at the beginning of class, and then we will dive into drawing! The majority of class time will be spent with students drawing. I have taken pictures at each step of the drawing and will project those via PPT. We will have free talk as students draw, creating a warm and fun atmosphere. Students will be able to interact with one another as we chat while drawing and as we share our drawings throughout class. Students do not need to know anything prior to class.
