This a class designed for students that are beginning to learn about multiplication and how to multiply, or students that are having a difficult time with understanding the concept of multiplying. Students will learn multiplication through skip counting, repeated addition and arrays. Allow me to help your student have a "light bulb" moment. This class will surely make multiplying less intimidating for their future learning. I have a very relaxed and comfortable approach that I use to teach....
- Students will learn how to multiply by using arrays and repeated addition.
- Dry erase board and marker / Pencil and paper - 12 of an item ( Examples: 12 marbles, 12 beans, 12 legos, 12 pieces of candy, etc. Any items easy to move and count) - Smile - Great energy and eagerness to learn :)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
