Teacher expertise and credentials
Professionally I have accumulated over 3 years of experience working as a Teacher/Naturalist at two different outdoor learning centers. In both roles I taught environmental education programs as school field trips, scout programs, birthday parties, one-off programs, multi-week series, summer camps, and more. I also had the opportunity to create my own curriculum for after school and weekend programming and offered a variety of course options. I have always enjoyed empowering young people to find a way to love learning, and I hope to use this collection of experience to share knowledge of nature and inspire learners to explore outdoors through our classes together.
