Class Experience
Dance Time! In this one-time class we will be learning a dance to the song ‘Show Yourself’ from the fan-favourite movie, Frozen 2. We will start with introductions, then interactive Frozen themed exercises for warm-up and stretches, and end with learning the routine. If there is time left over, participants will engage in more Frozen-inspired creative-movement activities. Participants will be encouraged to follow the exercises and dance at their own pace.
