Class experience
Did you know that some fish cough? And about 1/4 of our bones are in our feet? And that you can't lick your elbow? In this ongoing social experience, kids will have the opportunity to share their unique genius while having a healthy snack with new friends. Each week we'll have a food theme, a fact category, and an individual sharing opportunity. Students can munch on something delicious while practicing their social skills and classroom etiquette. I have an M.S. in health education and a B.S. in health, wellness, and nutrition. I've been building fun curricula for kids and families for about a decade, helping them develop healthy lifestyle skills. This club uses my professional knowledge in addition to what I've gained as a mom of four kids.
