Let's make some yummy and unique snacks in my cooking series, Snack Time! We will be making either traditional snacks or snacks with a unique and fun twist. Most snacks will be fairly easy! In this one-time class, we will be making Oreo Balls! In this class students will learn by doing! There will not be any Powerpoints or visuals; we will jump right into the kitchen and get to cooking! Most lessons will take us from preparation through the completion of the meal, though some ingredients...

0This recipe makes around 30-32 balls: 38 Oreo cookies 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature 2 cups white chocolate For decorating: Oreo crumbs, sprinkles, crushed peppermint, or chopped nuts, if desired* Lollipop sticks (makes dipping in chocolate easier. Can use fork, chopstick, etc) Cookie sheet 2 Big bowls (one microwave or stovetop safe), 2 spoons Parchment paper Food processor Microwave/stove top for melting chocolate
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
In this cooking class, we will be in the kitchen using the a food processor. We will also be using the microwave to heat chocolate. If your student needs assistance, please be present. Parents are responsible for monitoring students possible allergies. Please contact me for alternatives. Thanks!
