Description
Class Experience
It's springtime in the Smokies, and the mountains are buzzing with activity as the plants and critters come alive again after a long winter. Using colorful slides I've created with clip-art, students will learn the seven coordinating conjunctions along with the bonus conjunction "because." Conjunctions are joining words, and we'll have plenty of practice joining words and groups of words together. We will work on an acronym to help learners remember these conjunctions and get some practice...
Students will learn eight coordinating conjunctions and how to use them along with two common correlative conjunctions.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
