Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Students will learn basic vocabulary of American Sign Language and apply them to simple phrases.
While no homework is assigned, your child’s success in learning ASL will be dependent upon their dedication outside of class. They will be provided with their own personal review video at the end of class, as well as the class recording (if requested). With these materials, your child will be able to practice outside of class in order to master the material.
Will be determined upon receipt of learning needs. What your child will need will depend on what we are working on.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Depends on the student and their needs.
