This class is taught in English.
Learners will take an active role in learning skills and concepts relating to the domains of early learning. These domains include: social emotional, language & literacy, math, social studies, science and the arts.
SUPPLIES: All are optional but are intended to provide a hands-on learning experience during class time. If you wish, your child can observe as the activity is modeled and implemented on the screen. Home Packet to work on throughout the week. The packet will include hands on literacy and math activities, simple crafts, songs, and links to stories Small dry erase board, eraser, and markers (paper and markers/crayons/pencils will work too) Some kind of small counter for math activities. Your child will need 20 counters. (Examples: teddy bear counters, beans, small cube blocks or Legos, pennies etc) **Any specific items will be listed in the classroom announcements prior to the start of each weekly session.
2 hours 40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
