Description

Class Experience

Learners will successfully understand and describe common objects using a continuum of vocabulary skills.
Mrs. Sanders is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who worked in a public school system for 9 years. Over these 9 years, she helped students aged 3-21 with their language, speech, and communication skills. Many of her students were neurodivergent learners: students with Autism, ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, or language disabilities. Language and reading skills are her passion, and she loves to work with students in small groups to create individualized learning experiences based on students' needs.
Homework may be provided but is not required.
Worksheets will be provided as part of classes and for homework. They will need to be printed for completion. Students will also need access to writing tools: paper, pencil/pen, whiteboard, and marker, etc..
