The goal of this class is to have fun drawing with friends! The instruction will be given at the learner's pace and students will signal the teacher they are ready to move on with the lesson by making animal faces. Tracing sheets will be provided for students wanting to trace the drawing as we go. Tracing is a great way to build confidence in drawing skills. You can also use the tracing sheets as a reference.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Hello! My name is Mrs.Laura and I am a dance teacher, full-time homeschool mom, and artist. I have a college degree in Sociology and Education. And I was trained classically in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Modern and Tap for over 14 years. I've worked over the last 10 years as a dance teacher, and my specialty is in teaching Ballet and Pointe. I believe that Ballet is the foundation to all dance styles and I have a knack for making it fun and enjoyable. With my background in Education, my unique teaching approach focuses on breaking down dance steps so they are easier to learn. I want my students to understand proper technique and execution, but I also want things to be exciting and fun! So, all my classes are filled with lots of social/emotional encouragement and my lighthearted approach to learning. When I'm not teaching, you can find me with my nose in a book. My favorite foods are pizza and birthday cake. And... I am currently learning how to play the drums! So you can laugh the rest of the day about this silly homeschool mom sitting in her house with drumsticks! Never be afraid to try something new!!
