This is a continuation of Slang for English Language Learners: Part I. Through open discussions, school appropriate memes, and small assignments, students will acquire knowledge on slang. We will take a deep dive into slang and how you can appropriately use it! You may be wondering, how is learning slang useful? Learning slang helps language learners connect with native speakers on a cultural and personal level. It is an important step to take in language acquisition. Learning Goals
