Description
Class Experience
In this ongoing class I will take the students step by step in how to build their drawings, correct them and put shading on their drawings. I will teach them how to create a light and loose sketch working from large to small using simple shapes. They will also learn to relate; looking at one thing in relationship to another. They will be taught how to see flows, use negative shapes, use a grid, how to measure and how to correct their drawing. I will teach them about shading, how to...
The students will be learning and practicing: following directions paying attention to details staying calm when the line is not correct not erasing everything and starting over but finding the small correction trusting themselves how to correct the drawing improve and build confidence in their drawing skills building confidence while having fun
Plastic protector sheet, dry erase marker, ruler, paper, pencil, eraser and colored pencils and the printed picture of the week. You will find the picture that you need to print in the classroom.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
