Beginner - Intermediate Level
Ms. Sarah will demonstrate how to make muffins from scratch while students follow along. We will prepare the muffin batter in class and students will bake it after class. • Students will learn how to accurately measure wet and dry ingredients • Ms. Sarah will share tips for success with baking and cooking • Learners will be instructed in using the oven safely Students will be using the oven, so parental supervision is needed. Please find the supplies and ingredients you will need in the Materials section. I will endeavor to answer messages within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. Class time may run shorter or longer than the posted time. Learners are asked to please come to class on time so they can participate in all steps of the activity from beginning to end.

Supply List
Supplies: Oven mitts, mixing bowl and spoon, spatula, measuring cups (dry and liquid) and measuring spoons, muffin pan, and muffin liners Ingredients: Flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, an egg, milk and oil
