Welcome to my ESL classroom! I'm Teacher Donnis and I am so excited you're here to learn English with me! I welcome all English language learners- whether your child is an advanced English speaker or just starting out as a beginner... this is the class for you! In this one-time class, students will practice their English language skills with an experienced and certified online English teacher. Learn new English vocabulary words. Practice natural English conversation. Review pronunciation and sentence fluency. Correct and enhance grammar used in conversation.
I graduated with two Bachelor of Music Education (B.M.E.) degrees from the Lamar University in Beaumont Texas. Over the past 2 ½ years I have taught thousands of English classes online through VIPKID, as well as private tutoring classes, with over 3,000 five star reviews from parents! My teaching certificate is with the State of Texas Teacher's License in all levels. I am patient, encouraging, and focus on pronunciation, phonics, and reading skills.
Occasional homework will be given to help strengthen more challenging concepts.
