US Grade 4
In this class we will work on addition and subtraction. Students will learn through fun games. We will solve word problems. We will work on a multitude of addition and subtraction strategies that students can use to solve problems. We will do  activities to help the students solidify their understanding of how to add two-digit and three-digit  numbers using a variety of strategies, including a number line, base-blocks, breaking apart (or ungrouping) the addends, and tens to tens and ones to ones.
Learning Goals
Students will learn to use multiple different strategies of addition and subtraction working with two-digit and three-digit numbers.
