I have taught and tutored math for about twenty years. I hold a current teaching certificate in K-8 elementary school, with a focus on math. I am halfway to my master's in secondary math. I really enjoy math - it is very relate-able to food and money!
Homework Offered
1) Complete any workbook pages/problems assigned. 2) Review work done in the textbook. 3) Practice math facts - addition, subtraction, multiplication, division - as learned in class. 4) Optional homework assignments can be completed as the practice is needed.2 - 4 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Progress will be evaluated with the "Practice" pages. Placement tests could also continue to be taken to ensure learner progress.Grades Offered
Grades, Scoring: 1) I can assign grades if requested. The learner must turn in their Test pages from the Test Book to receive a grade. Please let me know if you are requesting a grade for the semester. 2) I do not grade homework. Learners are welcome to ask individual questions or post photos for homework review. It is not required to submit homework. 3) If the learner is not requesting a grade, submitting "Tests" is not required. 4) The "Teacher's Guide" contains the answers to the lesson homework and test answers
