In this one time class, students will experience the joy of music by doing fingerplays, sing-along songs, stories, rhythm activities movement activities and rhythm exercises!

The students will learn through experiential learning and by completing hands-on activities. Students may be asked to complete a "solo" or create their own pattern or musical ideas as a way of checking for understanding. Students will experience topics like-singing voice, whisper voice, high/low, fast/slow, steady beat, rhyming words, colors/shapes and more! Students partake in a similar lesson structure each time: Hello/Welcome song Stretching/Movement activity Sing along song/Story Fingerplay/Rhythm activity Steady beat exercise
