This 2-week class meets twice a week and will teach learners how to confidently sing stories. There will be lessons on breath control, diction, confidence and storytelling through music. The main goal of this course is finding fun and joy in singing and celebrating each individual’s voice. The other objective is for learners to walk away feeling empowered to use their voice to tell a story through song. Each class will include a brief warm-up, song work, and a performance with feedback. The first two classes students will sing a song selected by the instructor and the second two classes students will select their own favorite songs to sing. Learning Goals
Students will have basic understanding of what breath control and diction are, and at least two techniques to assit with both.

Parental Guidance
Students should have a quiet place to work. It should be in a place where adults and/or other children don't mind hearing singing.
