Circle time is such an important part of the preschool curriculum to facilitate socialization, early literacy skills and numeracy skills...not to mention it is just so much fun for little learners! So let’s gather together in this one-time class to sing songs, read rhymes, count to 10, and learn about shapes, colors, and so much more! The schedule will be based on a typical preschool circle time as followed: Welcome Songs Calendar Time Letters in our Names Shapes and Colors Question of the Day Graph/Counting Nursery Rhymes and/or Finger Plays Share Time Goodbye Song This circle time is timed at just 20 minutes with a small class size to accommodate Outschool’s youngest learners. It is a one-time class so little ones can get an introduction on how to attend a class virtually without a long-term commitment, but parents may enroll their child in as many sections as they feel will benefit their little one! Repetition is very important in Early Childhood Education! This will be an active class using slides for visual representations, but no worksheets, videos or clips. Students may bring a toy to share at the end of class. Please join in on the fun and learning!!
