Gamified All About Reading Level 3!  Students will practice reading skills while playing games related to the lessons in AAR Level 3.  Class meets twice a week.

All About Reading Level 3 Group Class 

Gamified All About Reading Level 4!  Students will practice reading skills while playing games related to the 63 lessons in AAR Level 4.  Class meets twice a week.

All About Reading Level 4 Group Class 

Topics include: planning a garden, starting seeds, planting, herbs, harvesting, storage, and preserving with a focus on canning and dehydrating.  Each lesson includes an optional after-class project. 

The Homestead Garden:  3 Week Course

Get back into reading after the summer!  Students will review: Blends, NG words, Compound Words, Plural Words, Syllables & the Additional Sounds for A, I, C, O, G, E, U, Y, & CH. *This class is a one-week class that meets for 5 days.

All About Reading Camp ( AAR Level 1 Review: Prepare for Level 2 ) 

Play a game and create a story.  Students will take turns choosing cards to add to a group story.  This class focuses on oral storytelling (reading and writing not required).  However, the written story will be screenshared during class.

Let's Make a Story

Students will watch a video and play games to help them learn the difference between b and d.  Optional worksheets provided after class.

B vs D, Let's Learn the Difference

Students will practice dividing syllables and 5 of the 6 syllable types: open, closed, name game, vowel team, and Bossy R.  Students can use this course before starting Level 3 of All About Reading or as a stand alone course. 

All About Reading - AAR - Level 2 Review: Syllable Types & AW, AU, OW, OU

Students will have fun practicing the first four Silent E jobs. This course can be used before jumping into Level 3 or all on its own!

All About Reading - AAR - Level 2 Review: 4 Jobs of Silent E

In this ongoing, drop-in class, young learners will lean to sing and play their favorite songs. Each month, learners will choose a set of songs to focus on, and we will use those songs to discuss rhythm, melody, and song structure.

Intermediate Music: Sing and Learn!
