This is an introduction to singing for beginning students who are interested in pursuing music but need some foundation to build on. In this class, We will discuss beginning warm up techniques as well as breathing essentials and pitch basics. It will lay the groundwork for any other classes the students will take moving forward. Questions are welcome, but I do ask that they be submitted before class so that everything runs smoothly in the class timeframe. No background in music required, just a willingness to learn and have fun while doing it. Music is at the heart of all we do, and singing is such a natural thing for many of us. Not all will continue down it’s path, but while we’re there, it is a wonderful opportunity to learn simple techniques to build on for any future opportunities.
