Sing 1 & 2 Dance Party!
In this one-time, live, class, we will dance to the hit music from Sing and Sing 2! Learners will learn simple dance moves to a variety of songs and put together a short dance routine to perform!

In this live, one-time class, we will dance to music from the Hit Movies, Sing and Sing 2! We will begin our class by each learner introducing themselves with their favorite Sing song and where they live. Following our introductions we will being learning our routine. Each song will include simple moves that are easy to remember and follow along with. By the end of our time together, we will know a 2 minute routine that we can perform for our loved ones. If time allows, we will play a quick game of Freeze Dance to any songs we hadn't hear in our music mix.

Parental Guidance
With any sort of physical activity it is important to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and take the necessary safety precautions. Learners should inform the instructor of any restrictions or any health and safety issues that are of concern.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
