Description
Class Experience
Students will increase mobility, body awareness, and use of mindfulness techniques.
Required: -Safe, open space to move -Water bottle Optional: -Yoga mat
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
As with any movement class, parents are asked to provide a safe, clutter-free space for movement.
