This class is an introduction to yoga-style movement combined with other stretches and basic mindfulness practice. This is an excellent course for learners looking to practice being present in the moment, increase mobility, and safely practice flexibility. Students will increase mobility, body awareness, and use of mindfulness techniques.
Required: -Safe, open space to move -Water bottle Optional: -Yoga mat
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
As with any movement class, parents are asked to provide a safe, clutter-free space for movement.
