Breathing relaxes your body and mind. This interactive and fun filled class comes with a full package of lecture, slides, games and video clips. The class is structured with a brief lesson to learn what is deep-breathing and advantages of breathing to our body and mind. We will move on to practicing some kid-friendly breathing techniques and play some fun games. Please note: * The learner does not need any prior knowledge to take this class * Students can take this class multiple times on different dates available to practice group breathing exercises and motivate themselves to make it a habitual practice * We practice safe and non rigorous exercises suitable for all ages and any health conditions Group exercises are proven to motivate children and bring a sense of discipline in their lifestyle. I am Shilpa from California. I have a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University with over 17years of IT industry experience.
I have also been a freelance writer since many years. I have taught kids between 4-18 years old. I can help you learn programming, Maths or provide help with your homework.
