Class Experience
In this "autumn edition" of the classic "Simon Says", kiddos will be challenged to complete various imaginary tasks. Pick up the fallen leaves, put on your heavy coat, run through the corn maze, hop over the hale bale... but watch out! Did Simon tell you to? Kiddos absolutely love playing this timeless game. In order to build a sense of community, teamwork, and confidence, kiddos will work together as a group (there are no “outs” in Simon Says with Ms. Tina- just fun and laughter!) In...
Students will strengthen their social skills through listening for specific directions and demonstrating their understanding by completing each “Simon Says” task (i.e. spin in a circle, hop 3 times, put your hands on your head, etc.)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
