Class Experience
I am a certified EC-12 teacher with nearly 10 years of experience teaching Reading skills to learners.
1 file available upon enrollmentLearners will need to have access to 6 plastic cups (any color), a highlighter or marker (any color), clear tape, scissors, and 3 blank index cards (per week) to build a Sight Words Pyramid as a weekly assignment. This activity is optional, but it's a fun way to learn Sight Words. Learners can also wear silly hair of their choice for this class (also optional).
No live meetings, and an estimated 4+ hours per week outside of class.
Parents/guardians please provide close supervision if you're allowing your child/children to use scissors while completing the Sight Words Pyramid activity. Safety is our top priority! Thank you. I greatly appreciate it.
