Class Experience

US Grade Preschool - 1
Beginner Level
Let's me take your preschoolers and kindergarteners on an exciting adventure to explore the wonderful and diverse world of swamp animals and plants. Get ready for an amazing learning experience!

Our goal is to have a ton of fun while learning, so get ready for an adventure! We will have a great time identifying various swamp animals and learning about their distinctive colors, sizes, and the sounds they make in their natural surroundings. After discussing a few creatures, we will review them collectively and determine who their predators are. Following each group of animals, we will identify which animals have predators and have a blast warning them about the lurking danger in the swamp.

An extended activity we'll be giving you at the end of the class. You can always finish it later at your own pace so don't worry if you don't finish before the video is over. Remember, the most important thing is that we have a great time learning together!

Mississippi Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education
Hey there! I'm excited to share that I have a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and spent a wonderful 10 years teaching in a public school. I had the pleasure of teaching 6th grade for 5 years and then taught in a 3rd grade classroom for the last 5 years. In my classes, I used small groups and tailored instruction to meet the diverse needs of my students.

I'm really passionate about encouraging reading for fun and for learning. I truly believe that when students have a solid foundation in reading, learning becomes a whole lot easier. And you know what? Math has now become my new favorite subject to teach! I love coming up with different ways to help struggling learners and to challenge those who are stronger in math. I firmly believe that by making math and reading enjoyable, we can inspire a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.

On top of that, I'm also incredibly fortunate to be able to stay at home with my amazing 5-year-old triplets every day. They are an absolute joy!
