We will be expanding our sight words list from the previous sight words class. We will be learning words from the Dolch sight word list by first learning a few words at a time and then reading sentences using those words. As we learn more words, the sentences will get longer using the words they have been learning.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Hello!
I have home schooled my 2 children for the last 8 years. I have taught everything from Kindergarten up to 12th grade. I also have a TESOL certification to teach English as a second language.
I believe that kids learn best when the material is provided in a fun yet informative way. When kids are bored, they will not retain the information. When they have fun learning, they commit the information to memory much easier and are eager to learn more.
