Sight Words Camp! Fun, Interactive, & Multi-Sensory
In this summer camp class we will have fun learning basic sight words. Using engaging pictures and body motions, we'll practice words using a variety of games and activities. Learning to read the basic words is a "SNAP" with this method!

- Students will learn a beginning list of 76 words from Dolch, Fry, and Fountas + Pinnell lists and learn to read simple texts containing the words.

This class if multi-sensory and includes visual (seeing), auditory (hearing), kinesthetic (moving), and tactile (touching) activities to support the needs of every learner. ADHD, Dyslexia, ASD
Students should understand the concept of letter vs. word. Students should know the majority of letter names.
Students will need a small white board or equivalent, and a dry erase marker.
